The objective of this activity as part of Recovery Month is to offer a space to the health care professionals community of Puerto Rico and promote alliances between ATTC and service providers; provide training that promotes harm reduction as an alternative model of treatment for people in recovery from substance use to behavioral health priorities; discuss the challenges faced in the workplace and in the community; communicate the needs that are faced daily; and provide psychoeducation on the challenges of public health in Puerto Rico related to the treatment and recovery of people who suffer from Substance Use Disorder.
