What:

This 6 hour training teaches the underlying philosophy and essential components of CBT. The training will provide a combination of education, with experiential exercises integrated into the day’s session. Each participant will learn the basics of CBT which will then be applied through practice of the CBT interventions and skills through practice case studies and role play. This training will not be geared towards any specific treatment populations or specific disorders.
