Welcome to Region 3

The Central East ATTC provides education and training to the substance use disorder workforce in HHS Region 3, which includes Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. Learn about upcoming events and how you can schedule a customized training for your program. Central East is managed by The Danya Institute and funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration's (SAMHSA), Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT).

SAMHSA's Road to Recovery Series, September 2017: Recovery Among Diverse Populations
Watch the September TV episode. The next episode, A Showcase of Events, will air in early November.
This episode will discuss some of the different ways that people from diverse communities find their pathways to recovery and the various challenges they may face. The show will also review resources for understanding different cultural perspectives about behavioral health conditions and those designed to enhance the cultural consciousness of providers and organizations.

HCV Current Initiative is a national initiative among the ATTC Regional Centers to increase hepatitis C (HCV) knowledge among medical and behavioral health professionals.
HCV Snapshot is a free, 90-minute online course. It is designed to briefly familiarize medical and behavioral health professionals with hepatitis C.
