SAMHSA's new Opioid Overdose Prevention Toolkit

 

This toolkit offers strategies to health care providers, communities, and local governments for developing practices and policies to help prevent opioid-related overdoses and deaths. Access reports for community members, prescribers, patients and families, and those recovering from opioid overdose.

This episode explores what services are critical to include in justice intervention. Panelists discuss new programs to help people before incarceration, interventions for at-risk populations, and how to improve the juvenile justice system to ensure the provision of appropriate support. The 2018 National Recovery Month, theme: "Join the Voices of Recovery: Invest in Health, Hope, Purpose, and Community." National Recovery Month will highlight inspiring stories that help thousands of people from all walks of life find the path to hope, health, and wellness on their recovery journey.

      

HCV Current Initiative is a national initiative among the ATTC Regional Centers to increase hepatitis C (HCV) knowledge among medical and behavioral health professionals.
 
HCV Snapshot is a free, 90-minute online course. It is designed to briefly familiarize medical and behavioral health professionals with hepatitis C.
