Recovery Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC) – Illinois Statewide Network

The Great Lakes Addiction Technology Transfer Center (ATTC) is providing technical assistance support for the Recovery-Oriented Systems of Care Illinois Statewide Network (ROSC-ISN), which is sponsored by the State of Illinois Division of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery. The goal of this project is to support community recovery stakeholders in the establishment of local ROSC Councils throughout Illinois – where each council conducts community needs assessments and establishes a strategic plan – with the future goal of creating a local, sustainable, Recovery Community Organization.

MAT Learning Collaborative for FQHCs

In collaboration with Wisconsin Primary Health Care Association (WPHCA), the Great Lakes ATTC is providing TA for a learning collaborative with Federally Qualified Health Centers throughout the state of Wisconsin. Through this learning collaborative, participating FQHCs will learn strategies on how to implement and increase the capacity for the use of medication for opioid use disorders (MOUDs) to treat their patients with OUDs.

Matrix Model Learning Collaborative

The Great Lakes Addiction Technology Transfer Center (ATTC) in partnership with the Ohio Association of County Behavioral health Authorities (OACBHA) and the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OMHAS) is sponsoring a Matrix Model Learning Collaborative for providers in Ohio.  This initiative will involve a two-day face-to-face Matrix training, a one-day fidelity monitoring training for Key Supervisors and six monthly peer learning calls.  The goal of this collaborative is to implement the evidence-based practice effectively and sustainably in local agencies.

Workforce R&R Learning Collaborative

This project is co-sponsored by the Great Lakes ATTC with funding from SAMHSA and by the Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services. This is a joint project held in collaboration with the Great Lakes MHTTC

Recruiting and retaining a workforce poses a major challenge for many organizations that provide mental health and addiction services. To assist behavioral health organizations in addressing their recruitment and retention challenges, the Great Lakes ATTC and Great Lakes MHTTC will provide technical assistance through a Learning Collaborative to organizations providing behavioral health services in the state of Ohio (up to 10 organizations).

Change Leader Academy

The Great Lakes ATTC offers NIATx Change Leader Academies in each of the states within our region:
IL, IN, MN, MI, OH, and WI.

NIATx CLAs are one-day face-to-face workshops followed by three months of peer networking and TA support from a NIATx coach. The CLA trains change leaders in the NIATx model of process improvement: a structured, team-based approach to change management for organizations both large and small. Following the face-to-face workshop, participants commit to carrying out a three-month change project within their organization.
