Celebrating 30 Years of the ATTC!
The ATTC Network is proud to celebrate 30 years of providing research, training, and support in the fields of substance use treatment and recovery services! Of course, the important work we've done over the past three decades was only made possible thanks to the support and funding of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
Thanks to funding from SAMHSA, we’ve been able to:
- Accelerate the adoption and implementation of evidence-informed, culturally sensitive addiction treatment and recovery-oriented practices and services;
- Heighten the awareness, knowledge, and skills of the workforce addressing the needs of people with substance use and/or other behavioral health disorders; and
- Foster regional and national alliances among culturally diverse practitioners, researchers, policymakers, funders, and the recovery community.
Throughout this year, the ATTC Network will be sharing "pearls of wisdom" that have been developed over 30 years of working in behavioral healthcare and substance use disorder recovery and treatment. Learn more about the journey and growth of the ATTC Network, what we have planned for the future, and how you can take part in commemorating this important milestone along with us.
