Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment

What is Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT)?

SBIRT is an evidence-based, cost-saving approach that health and human services professionals can use to help the people they serve reduce their drinking, drug use, and related health and social consequences.

The Great Lakes ATTC offers single session and multi-day SBIRT trainings.  We also offer a Training of Trainers session.
Participants are eligible to earn NAADAC CEUs for successful completion of our SBIRT trainings.
