Celebrating Resiliency Together
Healing Our Spirit Worldwide - The Ninth Gathering - will
welcome thousands of delegates from participating Nations in
Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and Hawai'i.
This event takes place only every four years. Our theme in
2023 will be Celebrating Resiliency. Activities will include
Indigenous-led workshops and panels on health innovation
and transformation, trauma-informed healing, health
governance and Elder and Youth wellness.
The Ninth Gathering will take place at the Vancouver
Convention Centre on the ancestral, unceded territories of the
xʷməθkʷəyəm (Musqueam), Swxwú7mesh (Squamish), and
səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) people.
