The New England Addiction Technology Transfer Center (ATTC), and the New England Association of Drug Court Professionals (NEADCP), hosted a webinar for criminal justice professionals on November 6, 2019.

This webinar, The Matter of Motivation, took an in-depth look into human motivation. It reviewed the sequence of human behavior change along with issues of reluctance to change and non-traditional understanding of client resistance. Several important elements of Motivational Interviewing for Substance Misuse application were also discussed.
