On May 22nd, 2019, the New England ATTC held its annual in-person Advisory Board meeting in Marlborough, MA. Seventeen stakeholders from the New England region including Jean Bennett, one of the SAMHSA Region 1 Interim Administrators, representatives from all 6 SSA offices, representatives from the treatment and recovery communities, and patient advocates participated in this interactive meeting. Advisory Board members voted on a priority discussion topic and the final selection was “Addressing Aging and Burnout in the Addiction Workforce.”
