Motivational Interviewing – Enhancing Engagement & Improving Conversations

This interactive, on-line training will review and make relevant the key concepts of Motivational Interviewing. Participants will explore how and when to employ this evidence based practice to support behavior change. Case scenarios will be used to provide practice opportunities focusing on substance use.

Participants are expected to turn on their cameras and actively participate in the event in order to receive credit.

This (1-hour) webinar was provided under New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) Education and Training. Provider Certification Number (115) Training under a New York State OASAS Provider Certification is acceptable for meeting all or part of the CASAC/CPP/CPS education and training requirements.
