Symposium attendees must sign in at the event registration desk in order to receive any continuing medical education credit for attending this event. Within one (1) week from the date of the event, attendees will receive an email from the Medical Society of Delaware with a link to an online survey where they will also claim their continuing education credits. Upon completion of the survey, the attendee will be re-directed to a Certificate of Attendance, which can be saved for their records and printed when needed. You will need Adobe Acrobat to be able to pull up your certificate. Write your name and the total number of credits you are claiming. This Certificate is for your records.
