The primary MISSION of the International PEPFAR Addiction Technology Transfer Center - UKRAINE is to assist the government and people of Ukraine in building competencies and capacities in responding to the HIV epidemic among people with substance use disorders and other key populations.

The Center will utilize the world-class resources and outstanding international technical assistance and training capacities of its partner organizations.
