The Vietnam-HIV ATTC is comprised of three separate programs: Hanoi Medical University (HMU),  Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy (UMP), and the University of Labour and Social Affairs (ULSA).

The three Vietnam-HIV ATTCs are funded With support from the United States PEPFAR (President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief) and SAMHSA.
