Promoting Recovery-Based Workplaces
What is a Recovery-Based Workplace?
Recovery-friendly workplaces and employers are businesses committed to making a foundational change in how they hire, treat, and support staff living in or seeking recovery from substance use and mental health disorders.
In addition to the workplace, the MATTC is launching a project to encourage a more inclusive environment in all areas to educate and advocate for substance-free and healthy mental health language and activities to encourage healthy living.
Details of this project will be announced soon! If you have any questions, please contract Jill Eriksen at [email protected].
