All TOR grantees are encouraged to attend this session. SAMHSA TOR GPOs will review allowable expenses and provide examples to help you generate ideas for spending down your grant funding. The presenters will discuss ways to re-budget your grant funding for grantees whose activities have been delayed or interrupted due to COVID-19.
