The New England ATTC is proud to partner with the Central Massachusetts Department of Mental Health and the Worcester Recovery Center and Hospital to sponsor the 5th Annual Dual Virtual Recovery Conference: A Social Justice Approach to Understanding Disparities and Building Equity in Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders Field on May 18 from 1:00 to 4:00 with subject matter experts Haner Hernandez and Michele Stewart-Copes.  Utilizing a social justice framework, the participant will learn about structural and social determinants of health, institutionalized racism, trauma and their impacts on SUDs, mental health challenges, treatment access and outcomes and recovery.
