Registration is LIVE for the 30th Annual School of Best Practices in Addiction Services

For 30 years, the New England ATTC has served as a proud regional workforce development partner for The Annual New England School of Best Practices in Addiction Services, commonly called Best Practices. This year's activities will take place from August 29th - September 2nd, 2022.

This popular five-day late summer event gives addiction and behavioral health professionals the opportunity for in-depth study in areas of special interest. The program includes advanced clinical and administrative skilled-based treatment in best practices, evidence-based practices approaches, advanced prevention offerings, a psychologist track, current and emerging topics, and clinical supervision.

In order to meet your continuing education needs during this challenging  year, we are pleased to take the 30th Annual Best Practices School learning community online for the third year:

  • Select from over 30 intensive courses.
  • Virtual courses will take place live by videoconference, allowing for participant interaction;
  • In addition to courses: plenary sessions, virtual community, and more!
  • Options are available to attend the full program, one day, or any number of days.
  • Earn up to 26 contact hours during the week of the program, with the opportunity for 4.5 additional post-program hours in September.
  • New Englanders: Scholarships are available from most New England states and a few other sources - Apply for a scholarship within your registration!

 

We are excited to share that during this year's program, AdCare Educational Institute of New England will additionally be offering daily courses on a Psychologist Track with continuing education hours for psychologists at the Virtual New England School of Best Practices in Addiction Services.

Designed  with the seasoned behavioral health professional in mind, the New England Best Practices School focuses heavily on evidence-based and promising approaches specific to addressing addictionIn addition to the Psychologist Track and plenary sessions with Continuing Education Hours for psychologists, 20+ additional courses are offered at the Best Practices School program. Psychologists are welcome to attend any of them as well, and non-Psychologist track courses will note if they offer psychologist CE hours.
