Description:  This webinar will introduce participants to marijuana and some of the changes around legalizing recreational marijuana. It will include the mechanism of action, some legal implications (federal law vs. state law) and possible uses of medical marijuana.

Credits: This training meets the requirements for two renewal hours (CASAC, CPP, CPS) and two initial hours (CPP, CPS) through New York State’s Office of Addiction Services and Supports (NYS OASAS). Participants must attend the session in its entirety to receive a certificate of completion.
