As part of a technical assisstance this training will
disseminate information and enhance awareness among the clinical and multi-disciplinary addiction professionals about buprenorphine treatment. This FQHC plans
to open clinical services for opioid use disorder. The NeCATTC will offer TA to help improve implementation of MAT, in this case, the use of medication (buprenorphine)
for opioid use disorders. This first activity is face-to-face to provide a broad overview of the medication, its effects, and the role of non-physician practitioners. The medical
staff also will participate. Phone calls will planned to continue addressing their needs as they start to implement MAT.
