Projects have included work on developing and implementing cultural competency plans, policies, procedures and training manuals. Training topics include the implementation of CLAS standards; developing cultural competence organizational assessments; developing cultural and linguistically appropriate programs; cultural competence in the strategic prevention framework and training staff on the importance of cultural competence among others.
