This training will focus on the philosophy, principles, and practice of harm reduction.
Participants will learn about how harm reduction can impact opioid over doses, HCV,
HIV/AIDS, and other health conditions. Participants will also explore the context in which
change occurs and will learn about the multiple strategies that affect, promote, and sustain
healthy behaviors.
