The Central East ATTC will partner with the Pennsylvania Association of Community Health Centers (PHCHC) to build capacity for their provider network to develop screening tools, provide targeted counseling and when appropriate, refer patients to treatment.

Through training and technical assistance (T/TA), the Central East ATTC will work with PHCHC staff to enhance understanding, knowledge and skills to screen for substance use disorders throughout the Region.
