This interactive, one-hour video-conference focuses on the mico/core skills of Motivational Interviewing (MI) and their intentional use when engaging in an MI conversation about behavioral change. Participants will practice identifying and using these skills to support and guide individuals toward behavior change. Distinction will be made between the use of OARS, while practicing MI and during other interactions. No prior knowledge of MI is required.
