The American Indian and Alaska Native ATTC, MHTTC, and PTTC have invited spiritual leaders from American Indian and Alaska Native communities to come together to discuss the importance of spirituality in the treatment of behavioral health and mental health disorders. Spirituality is often left out of counseling and therapeutic relationships, but is an essential part of healing and change for many clients.

Behavioral health, mental health, and addiction treatment professionals, spiritual leaders, social workers, and other health service professionals are welcome to attend this important discussion on methods for integrating spirituality into their work with clients.
