This training will focus on the philosophy, principles, and practice of harm reduction. Participants will learn about how harm reduction can impact opioid overdose, HCV, HIV/AIDS, and other health conditions.  Participants will also explore the context in which change occurs adn will learn about the multiple strategies that effect, promote, and sustain healthy behaviors.
