COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course is designed to enhance leadership knowledge and skills of the attendees, and build cohesion among the members of this leadership team. This will be achieved over the course of two days: the first being on January 31, and the second on March 14, 2019.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
Understand and identify the similarities and differences between management and leadership
Evaluate personal strengths and areas for growth for self-management in the leadership role
Apply knowledge and skills in change management at the individual, program and systems levels
