In partnership with the West Virginia Department for Health & Human Resources, the Central East ATTC is offering a continuation of the TRUST (Treatment for Individuals Who Use Stimulants) series, led by Dr. Rick Rawson and Albert Hasson. Outpatient treatment sites providing assessment, counseling, and referral services were selected to participate in an intensive technical assistance project to reduce the rates of overdose deaths related to stimulants. This project will implement cognitive behavioral therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and community reinforcement approach.
The current cohort has transitioned from frequent trainings completed during fiscal year 2022 and now meets monthly for one hour coaching sessions on the following dates:
