The New England ATTC, in partnership with the Community Care Alliance is hosting this training on 11/9/22 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm with subject matter expert Michele Stewart-Copes and Lisa Conlan Lewis. Wraparound refers to individualized needs planning for individuals and family members experiencing behavioral health issues; and related community obstacles surrounding substance use and mental health. Wraparound is a facilitated team-based practice model designed to integrate natural and professional supports with youth and family members making decisions about their lives. The focus is on parents/family members, children, youth, and young adults impacted by opioid addiction and substance use challenges, with particular attention to culture and community, and a recovery orientation. This training will delineate and prioritize the role and duties of Supervisor and Coaches. They will learn how to create and support a culture of learning among wraparound staff. This culture of learning supports continual quality improvement and gains in craft knowledge for all wraparound staff in a collegial and strengths-based atmosphere.
