Goal of the Project

Our fundamental belief is that any treatment activity should be able to:

• Reduce the symptom (compulsive drug use);

• Prevent complications (HIV, Hepatitis C, Tuberculosis, overdoes, etc.);

• Improve psychosocial functioning;

• Preserve human rights.

Therefore, the overarching goal of this project is capacity building to support the development of a model and workforce for the integrated care of HIV/SUD/MH workforce at multiple levels in Ukraine to develop a system capable to accomplish these goals.
