The Native Center for Behavioral Health ATTC Co-Director Sean Bear 1st and Addiction TTC Manager Steve Steine will be providing a 2-day ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) training with the (ALO) Anpetu Luta Otipi treatment team. This two-day event will include review and discussion of several related topics including implementation of ASAM criterion, DSM-5, Confidentiality and Ethics, and a brief review of the Culturally Adapted Clinical Supervision curriculum. The second day of the training will be reserved for ALO supervisors/ clinicians only. This portion of training will be used to review selected case studies and practice applications of DSM-5 diagnosis protocols/ ASAM criterion placement guidelines.
