After a long year of virtual immersion training, the American Indian and Alaska Native Leadership Academy Cohort IV participants finally met in person in San Diego, CA. Mentors and mentees collaborated on leadership project plans and individual leadership development plans. Each mentee delivered status reports on their projects. 

During the event, Carlos Rivera - CEO and Director of Generation Red Road, conducted a GONA training. The whole group explored and expanded their collaborative leadership and problem-solving skills within their groups.
