Published:
October 11, 2022

We are now accepting applications for the 9th cohort of the Leadership Development Program! The New England ATTC, in partnership Adcare Educational Institute of New England and the New England PTTC is providing intensive technical assistance in Leadership Development Program (LDP) - Cohort 9 beginning 4/26/23 with subject matter experts Lori Weaver, Peter Smith and Haner Hernandez. The LDP focuses on key leadership skills using a range of learning methods designed to increase participant effectiveness. This program includes the use of a highly diverse, intact learning community that includes participants from across the treatment, prevention, intervention, and recovery support service continuum.

The LDP is designed to allow each participant to learn and develop their leadership skills as quickly and effectively as possible. Leadership development for each participant is guided by each participant’s professional leadership development goals and their desire to experiment with new behaviors. Every effort is made to provide a safe learning environment that allows each leadership program participant to reach their leadership development goals.

This 9th cohort will be offered as a Hybrid program, which has been carefully designed to balance the traditional in-person (F2F) training model with the virtual format thus maintaining the interactive curriculum that is crucial to leadership development.
