Jill Wolf is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and joined the Caring Ambassadors Program in 2013 to serve as the Hepatitis C Program Director. Just prior, Jill served as the Assistant Clinical Director of the Health and Wellness Management Department at Haymarket Center, a comprehensive substance use treatment facility in Chicago. Jill is a clinician and an administrator and engages in various roles through the HCV spectrum of care. Jill collaborates with people directly impacted by hepatitis C through patient mobilization and story-collection. She also provides capacity building training to public health professionals and works closely with The University of Chicago’s hepatitis C ECHO program to train healthcare providers in routinizing HCV screening and linkage to care.
Jill is an experienced trainer and facilitator, particularly around issues of hepatitis C program integration and micro-elimination. She specializes in training on syndemic approaches to care, and actively ties together the micro, mezzo, and macro perspectives of HCV elimination. Jill is a clinician and administrator and brings a wealth of knowledge to HCV prevention and harm reduction programs.
