Areas of Expertise

Michelle Lennon, MA, CRSW-S, has experience as direct support and all levels of management as she is part of a grass roots agency (founder out of desperation for my community) that grew to 4 centers and 25 employees. Lennon began her training/facilitating career as a parent educator and was eventually tapped to train others. Later she became one of the trainers in NH for peer recovery support and for training family support workers needing training for supporting families affected by SUD. Her agency has the Family Threads program with a training menu that was deemed an innovative practice, and later received the Promising Practice and is slated for the expert panel in May for Evidence Based Status. Lennon's experience is well rounded which allows for excellent discussion that considers language, trauma response, and other unexpected opportunities to tie in the core values into the learning experience.
