  • Founding Director of the Tilton Area FRC/RCO, Franklin Area RCO, Concord Area RCO, Consultant for stand up of Plymouth Area RCO
  • Led the foundation effort hosting community conversations, fundraising, designation as one of the ‘most ready’ to deliver peer recovery support services, to formal incorporation and obtaining 501-c3 status, community collaboration to financially strong diverse funding streams and expansion of services to include: 

Recovery Coaching, Telephone Recovery Support, Evidence Based Parent Education, Evidence Based Mutual Aid Groups (such as Parenting Journey in Recovery, All Recovery), Evidence Informed Framework Groups (such as Parent and Recoverying Together Cafés)

  • Led accreditation processes of the Council on Accreditation of Peer Recovery Support Services (Accredited) and in Designation of Quality Process for Family Resource Centers with State of NH Wellness & Primary Prevention Council (Designated)
    (Co-Author of Curricula with Chicago Based and Philadelphia Based organizations) 
Areas of Expertise

Have trained multiple curriculums for Dartmouth-Hitchcock, C-CAR, BeStrong Families, Center for Social Emotional Learning facilitators. Trained well over 1,000  individuals in family support/recovery support service provider settings including Head Start in multiple states, social service agencies such as Bester Community Services in MD, the National Family Support Network Conference in Ohio, The Maternal Child Health Conference in NH, The Children's Summit in NH, and more.
