Alan Lyme has been involved with implementing SBIRT since 2009 as a clinical supervisor, coach, and trainer. He trains in South Carolina, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi and wherever needed. He is a MINT certified MI trainer.
Alan has been adjunct faculty at Rutgers University since 2007, teaching MI, SBIRT, Clinical Supervision, and a course specific to working with men. A MINT (Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers) certified trainer. He has worked with groups from many disciplines, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, mental health educators.
