This four-month Zoom-based Community of Practice is geared towards change facilitators and executive sponsors who were selected for the 2020 cohort of the PSATTC's OPII intensive technical assistance effort to meet regularly to learn about remote delivery change facilitation techniques and to discuss how their process improvement/systems change efforts have been impacted by COVID-19, and strategies they are implementing to adapt their planned change project activities.
