The Great Lakes A/MH/PTTC is offering this training for individuals working in HHS Region 5: IL, IN, MI, MN, OH, WI. This training is being provided in response to a need identified by Region 5 stakeholders.

DESCRIPTION

Grantees of an Illinois permanent housing initiative will learn from each other best practices in permanent housing for individuals with substance use disorders.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Participants will support each other in learning best practices in permanent housing using the housing first model.

CERTIFICATES

Registrants who fully attend this series will receive a certificate of attendance within in two weeks after the conclusion of the event.
