Whole Health Action Management Basics

Whole Health Action Management (WHAM) is a training program and peer support group model developed by CIHS to encourage increased resiliency, wellness, and self-management of health and behavioral health among people with mental illnesses and substance use disorders. This workshop will cover key strategies for improving health, person-centered planning and goal setting, and peer support.
