Join this one-hour forum with knowledgeable videoconferencing subject matter expert who will answer questions and lead discussions around a variety of topics related to successes and challenges of using videoconferencing. In addition, The CoE-PHI will participate in this session to provide guidance on privacy law application to telehealth delivery of SUD services in accordance with recently released SAMHSA and OCR guidance in response to COVID-19, and will provide an update on the CARES Act amendments to the federal SUD privacy law.
