Integrating Mindfulness to Address Trauma in Addiction Treatment (New England Region 1)

In partnership with CODAC Behavioral Healthcare, the New England ATTC is providing a targeted TA workshop titled, “Integrating Mindfulness to Address Trauma in Addiction Treatment” on 2/8/23 with subject matter expert Sarah Baker. This interactive, experiential workshop first discusses the neurobiology of trauma and mindfulness, and then introduces how mindfulness interventions can effectively work to address deficits caused by trauma. Participants will also learn concrete skills to integrate mindfulness into traditional treatment modalities to ensure the best treatment outcomes.
