Screening, Brief Intervention & Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) (New England Region 1)

The New England ATTC, in partnership with the Co-Occurring Collaborative Serving Maine is providing targeted TA in Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) on 11/15/22 with subject matter expert Taylor D'Addario.  Screening, Brief Intervention & Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) is a public health approach that has demonstrated effectiveness among persons who use alcohol or drugs in unhealthy ways but who do not have a substance use disorder. This session reviews the substance use continuum, evidence for SBIRT along the continuum, and core components of SBIRT.
