During each ASAM Technical Assistance Event, participants will have the opportunity to discuss specific questions and implementation challenges related to SB 823. Included in the TA events will be a review of the process involved with obtaining a DHCS Level of Care (LOC) Designation. Subtopics of these TA events may include: 1) proper completion and submission of a DHCS LOC Designation Application and required supporting documentation; 2) required timelines for Application/supporting document submission; and 3) application review and approval process. A DHCS representative will be present in both TA events to answer technical questions.
