Clark County: Coming Together to Create a Recovery-Oriented Community

A Recovery-Oriented System of Care (ROSC) builds on the strengths of individuals, families, and communities to achieve abstinence from substance misuse and improve quality of life. Clark County CARES, based in Jeffersonville, IN, is a grass-roots organization that partners with the community to address the opioid epidemic. Clark County CARES is launching a ROSC in Clark County with the two-day workshop, Coming Together to Create a Recovery Oriented Community
