DESCRIPTION:

These highly interactive drop-in sessions are for participants who have had prior training in Motivational Interviewing (MI). 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

• Demonstrate MI skills observed by peers.
• List areas individual growth in MI skills and knowledge.
• Discuss patient and client interactions and anticipate the usefulness of MI.

TRAINING SCHEDULE:
June 1, 15, 29, July 13, 27, August 10, 17, 24, 2023 from 9:00 AM–10:30 AM CT.

CERTIFICATES:

Registrants who fully attend this event or training will receive a certificate of attendance via email within two weeks after the event or training. 

The Great Lakes A/MH/PTTC is offering this training for individuals working in HHS Region 5: IL, IN, MI, MN, OH, WI. This training is being provided in response to a need identified by Region 5 stakeholders.
