The NIATx Change Leader Academy is a one-day face-to-face workshop followed by three months of peer networking and support from a NIATx coach.  The CLA trains change leaders in the NIATx model of process improvement: a structured, team-based approach to change management for organizations large and small. In this interactive training session, attendees will learn the four essential NIATx tools and develop a clear plan for a change project.

Hosted by the Great Lakes ATTC and the Minnesota Association of Resources for Recovery and Chemical Health (MARRCH).
