In this community of practice, we will explore the complexities of leading RCOs, make connections with fellow executive leaders and decision-makers, and create a space to learn from each other’s experiences and expertise. We will also engage in group discussions, share resources, reduce the sense of isolation within leadership, and build a professional community of passionate leaders.

Registrants who fully attend all sessions in this CoP will be eligible to receive a certificate of attendance via email after the conclusion of the last session.
TRAINER:
Facilitator Jamie Elzea, MPH, LICSW, is a seasoned nonprofit executive leader, professional development trainer, leadership coach, and nonprofit consultant. She aims to create a leadership peer learning experience that centers relational learning and reflection, while equipping leaders with practical knowledge and tools for effective nonprofit leadership.
The Great Lakes A/MH/PTTC is offering this training for individuals working in HHS Region 5: IL, IN, MI, MN, OH, WI. This training is being provided in response to a need identified by Region 5 stakeholders.
