A three-day interactive summit designed for behavioral health systems and stakeholders to address and navigate the complexities of addressing race equity and the intersection of recovery-oriented systems of care. Participants will leave with an increased understanding of equity and the root causes of behavioral health disparities. It will offer health administrators, organizational leaders and community stakeholders a clear, practical framework for addressing inequities at the individual, system, and community levels.

  • Explore how systemic racism impacts all of us
  • Understand key drivers that lead to racial inequities in health outcomes and the key ROSC solutions that can help to eliminate them
  • Understand the nature of transformational change
  • Learn how recovery-oriented approaches position systems to dismantle racism and promote equity
  • Learn specific ways to listen, learn, lead, implement, and sustain transformative change

Certificates of attendance will be provided to participants who fully attend all three days of the summit. CEUs are not being offered for this event.
