The Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) is a component of the Executive Office of the President. The mission of ONDCP is to reduce substance use disorder and its consequences by coordinating the nation’s drug control policy through the development and oversight of the National Drug Control Strategy and Budget. President Biden's strategy includes: Reducing the number of drug overdose deaths, putting quality public health services within reach for people with substance use disorder, and stopping the drug trafficking organizations that seek profits by harming Americans.
