The Mountain Plains ATTC would like to introduce the new Center of Excellence for Protected Health Information (CoE-PHI), a SAMHSA initiative funded in September 2018. The purpose of this CoE is to develop and deliver training, TA, and educational resources for healthcare practitioners, families, individuals, states, and communities on various privacy laws and regulations as they relate to information about mental and substance use disorders. Mountain Plains Co-Director Nancy Roget will be a member of their advisory board representing the National ATTC Coordinating Office. Thank you to Nancy for her commitment to the field and the clients we serve.
